Vigan Empanada Reviews

We were in Vigan City recently, we planned to go there just to taste authentic Vigan Empanadas. So we went and had a blast and ate 20 pieces of Vigan Empanada. The First one we tasted was Hidden Garden's Vigan Empanada, we didn't quiet liked it because the Crust was a little too hard for us and it was very oily.



The Next one I tried was Irene's Vigan Empanada and Okoy. The empanada was GREAT! I even ordered 9 pieces in advance to bring back to Manila. It was so Great, that this is the only place we ate Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner while we were in Vigan City. There are 3 Choices of Empanada to choose from, Chicken (My Favorite), Pork and Beef.

The Last one we tried was the one in Plaza Maestro which is available at night, too bad I forgot to take a picture, anyways it's like a Night Market and a lot of Stands are selling empanada for P 30 and it was also great next to Irene's Empanada of course. Well there you have it, next time you're in Vigan City, try all the Empanadas and you will surely love it.
